Mailway has developed a patented thermo-formable board product, which can be used to manufacture a number of products including shaped tubes

This product is manufactured using a specially developed carton board, which allows for full printing on both sides, embossing and foil blocking, which can then be automatically rolled and formed to shape and bases applied at high speed.
This provides a cost effective option for runs of up to 100,000 tubes for high value products.
Recent developments in the Project Aurora range mean that Mailway is now able to offer a cost competitive and environmentally friendly Tin Replacement product for use with:
- Spirits tubes
- 1Kg sharing tins
- Biscuit tins
