- Mailway boasts more than 30-years at the head of the UK contract packing market – making it, one of, if not the longest established co-packers in the UK.
- Mailway operates out of a 60,000 sq ft facility in Bradford, West Yorkshire.
- Mailway runs and mans in-house operations for certain clients within customer or distribution centre facilities across the country.
- Mailway employs up to 300 staff and operates a 5 day, 24 hour operation with the option to extend to 7 days if required.
- Mailway’s QA systems are audited on a regular basis by all of its customers and a number of independent bodies, meaning quality is guaranteed.
- Mailway’s site has Customs and Excise Bonded approval for working with spirits companies.
- Mailway’s MRHA Wholesale Dealer’s Licence allows the company to work with licensed products such as medicines.
- Mailway’s Food Approved status for secondary packing means the company can pack a range of food items.
- Mailway’s temperature controlled production and warehouse space allows for the management of confectionary packs containing chocolate, which require maintenance at temperatures between 12 and 16°C throughout the year.
- Mailway’s chilled facilities means it is approved to manage co-packing of cheese, butters and spreads.
- Mailway has clean room facilities that boast a dust free, filtered air environment and positive pressure for sensitive products.
