Task

Mailway was tasked by Fayrefield Foods to design, supply and pack 250,000 special promotional packs of its Colliers Powerful Welsh Cheddar.

The idea

Each of Fayrefield’s packs contained not only a 450gram piece of the award winning cheddar, but also a free tea towel, to help promote the product.

Challenge

Tasked with the design of the packaging to display the product in an eye-catching way, Mailway also had to ensure the final solution would be cost-effective.

Solution

Mailway’s team sourced and supplied all the materials to develop a shelf-ready packaging solution, maximising the product’s promotional impact. It was assembled at Mailway’s specialist chilled facilities – a process that utilised the company’s high speed carton closing and gluing line.
